AgroSignal.TracktorDriver mobile application

The application is designed to involve machine operators and drivers in the process of digitalizing an enterprise, thus increasing its efficiency while improving information exchange and ensuring transparency of all production activities. The AgroSignal.TracktorDriver app works offline and places no limitations on the number of users. Available for the Android platform.

The application makes it possible:

  • to record the transfer and availability of previously issued supplies 'in the hands' of responsible persons, as well as the return of empty containers to the warehouse and the installation of spare parts in equipment by scanning QR codes placed on the package.

  • to automate the assignment of tasks to employees: type of operation to be performed and the planned period, required tools and size of area, map of fields, own location and direction to the target field
  • to monitor departures from the boundaries of the enterprise's fields into adjacent land plots

  • to promptly identify the causes of forced downtime and breakdowns for subsequent generation of statistics in reports and infographics in the system

3.png

  • for employees to receive personalized information on work completed and the sum of piecework wages with different levels of detail: production (area, threshing, mileage, ton-kilometers), time worked and downtime, equipment movement

4.png

  • to promptly record facts pertaining to maintenance and repair, as well as receive a maintenance history for equipment. Based on these notes, the manager and engineer can obtain objective information about the maintenance of the fleet of equipment: actual repair schedule, maintenance costs

Practical examples of industry applications:

  • Due to a lack of accurate information about field boundaries, a machine operator mistakenly sowed about 35 hectares of some else's land, resulting in a direct loss of 188,000 rubles.
  • During a period when herbicides were being applied at night, four twenty-liter cans of PPA went missing. This was discovered only two weeks later, when the empty cans began to be returned. Because there was no structured process for tracking the movement of supplies, a loss of 170,000 rubles was incurred due to the need to repeat the process and the cost of the chemicals.
  • By increasing staff motivation and awareness of the causes of downtime, as well as by making repairs based on timely management decisions (replacement of inefficient equipment / tools, change of spare parts supplier, changes in logistics, personnel changes), it was possible to double the productivity of field operations.
